I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a great balcony with a beautiful view. The service was impeccable, the location was convenient, and the dining experience was delicious. However, the hotel facilities could use some improvement.

This hotel really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and modern with a great balcony and view, but the constant email spamming was a nuisance. The service was top-notch, with adorable and attentive staff always ready to help. The location was convenient, being close to the center of Biarritz, but again, the excessive email communication was a drawback.
